The Man At The Window

One part of a piece called ‘Rear Window’, named after the classic film, directed by Alfred Hitchcock. I love those old films and I’m trying to explore fifties glamour and its restrictive nature with these pieces. They can be purchased individually or as a triptych which is how I envisioned them.  This one is called Glamour Boy, it’s a glass fronted box with found materials layered within it.  All the pictures I have used in these pieces are from an old fifties annual of film stars.
